We keep our bananas frozen during transit using a combination of dry ice and special insulated packaging.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. While carrier delays are rare and out of our control, we will do whatever we can to make the situation right.

They are perfectly good to eat if dry ice is still present OR the box is still cool upon arrival.

If this is the case, be sure to place the bananas in the freezer for 2 hours or more so they can come to optimal temperature for best taste.

If your bananas arrived warm and without dry ice, we kindly ask you to DISCARD the box and to please email us briefly explaining the situation.

**Please note: Savannah's Bananas are prepared in a facility that processes nuts and may contain traces of such in all flavors.

If you included their email address when filling out the order spreadsheet, yes.

Once shipped, they will first be notified the gift is on its way and that it is from your company. They will be notified once more when it arrives.

Please note: Depending on how soon you let us know, the additional boxes may ship after the initial. Boxes typically go out on Monday and Thursday afternoons.

We will send you an email with the tracking information for each box once they are all shipped.

Unfortunately, carrier delays can happen and are out of our control. In the event of a carrier delay, we will reach out to inform your customer and send them a fresh box at no extra cost to you.

Because of the perishable nature and the prep time required for our product, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.

Email us at contact@savannahsbananas.com with your business name and let us know you want to cancel your order.

Annual subscribers: You will be automatically billed each year following initial billing on sign-up date.

Example: You signed up on 1/1/2024; You will be billed again on 1/1/2025, and then again each following year until cancellation.

Quarterly subscribers: You will be automatically billed each quarter (3 months) following initial billing on sign-up date.

Example: You signed up on 1/1/2024; You will be billed again on 4/1/2024, and then again each following quarter until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions may generally be cancelled any time, subject to these TOS and the specific Subscription terms. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us here, indicate that you wish to cancel your Subscription, and we will cancel per your request; (b) Log into your account by clicking “Log in” on the header of savannahsbananas.com. Go to Account, click on Subscriptions, click on the subscription you would like to cancel, and then select “Cancel Subscription” and again when it asks you to confirm.

You must complete cancellation to avoid further charges. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your Subscription does not provide you a refund for Subscription payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a box of bananas we are happy to reimburse you for that billing cycle as long as you let us know within (1) week of delivery.
